Welcome to Forest Acres.
Tip top is our Flagship building. This building serves as our theater and preforming arts center. Tip Top seats over 300 people and boasts a beautiful birch trimmed baloney and memories of Forest Acres since 1926.
Tanglewood is our dining hall. This beautiful building seats over 350 people. Amenities include 2 full size salad bars. Our modern full large restaurant style kitchen is also housed in Tanglewood. All meals are served family style. Full Salad bars are included at every lunch and dinner. Meals are always plentiful and nutritious.
We are proud to be one of the few camps to have our own food service. Our head chef Alan Whitaker has been working at camp since 1967 and is loved by our entire community as he keeps them happy and well fed.
A 32 stall barn, 3 riding large riding rings and many trails make our riding program the best in the US.
Each cabin houses 6-7 campers plus 2 counselors. Our oldest girls stay in our Logs which hold up to 22 campers and 8 counselors. Every cabin is equipped with a bathroom with hot and cold running water, a private shower and a toilet. Each cabin also has electricity and smoke detectors.
6 Har-Tru tennis courts make this the most popular activity at camp. The perfect location of our courts keep them active until sunset.
Where the action is! This is our main office. It houses our administrative offices, telephones for phone calls and anything a camper might need. Our friendly staff is always available to meet the needs of every camper or any parent by phone or in person.
